Should I base my NFT investing on The Bart Chart.
Of course not. This is all just for fun. Nothing from The Bart Chart or any of our expert rankers should ever be considered financial or investing advise. For real. We're just enjoying ourselves and giving you some entertainment. Hell, most of us didn't even know what an NFT was before May, 2021.
What is VeeFriends?
The most important NFT project ever, launched by Gary Vaynerchuk. Seriously. Check it out.
What are we ranking here?
The Bart Chart is a ranking of VeeFriends characters, not tokens. We don't consider rarity level (core, rare, very rare, epic, or spectacular) and we don't consider GOO (Gary Owned Original) status. Just the overall value of the character as a whole. We only rank characters from admission tokens--not competition, access, gift, or scholarship token characters.
Who is doing the ranking?
A group of about 20 experts who have been super plugged into the VF community. They were recommended by the VF Discord community as the people in the know. Most are VeeFriends owners, but a couple are still hustling for their first VeeFriend. If you're in the VF Discord (and you should be), you'll recognize these expert rankers:

Is Gary involved in this?
No. He knows it's happening, but is too busy to pay it much attention. But he is Gary Vee and VeeFriends is his, so we have included his insights in the rankings. This is just a group of community members and VF owners who are giving the community something they asked for. Gary Vaynerchuk, VaynerX, and VeeFriends have nothing to do with the rankings.
How are the rankings decided?
Here's our methodology. At least for this first edition.
- First, experts are asked to independently sort all 235 admission characters into tiered buckets: Top level, Mid level, Low level, and Bottom level.
- Next a set of 50-60 "finalist" characters are chosen based on character scores from the first survey.
- Then our experts complete the "Stage 2" survey, where they sort-rank all the finalist characters 1-60(ish). The average rank from Stage 2 makes up the meat of The Bart Chart Top 30.
- Finally, we add a little bit of Gary Vee.
- The GOO Rankings. Gary has often told people in Discord to look at what he kept. So we did. @nathereum_ pulled together a stunning spreadsheet tallying up the number of GOO tokens in each rarity level Gary V kept out of the original minting auction back in May, 2021. From that spreadsheet we developed a scoring system that forms the GOO Ranking of all 235 admission tokens (although most of the tokens have the same GOO score of 3). That GOO Ranking is added to the mix as the 20th "expert" in the average rank that forms The Bart Chart Top 30.
- The Gary Boost. We scour the amazing "Gary V Discord Bible" (GVDB) maintained by tlaird (who also makes some great videos about VFs). The GVDB tracks every mention Gary Vee makes of any character in the VF Discord. Every single one. We use that data to award some characters a "Gary Boost" based on a clear set of hints and developments from GV himself. If a character gets "boosted" in the rankings, we add .25 ranking points to the average. No character can jump more than one spot in the rankings from a Gary Boost, and very few change at all. Boosted characters will be denoted in The Bart Chart.
What is the project roadmap?
- August 2021: First expert rankings. Launch Series 1 to public with Top 30+.
- Q1 2022: New ranking updates. Insider access to full-235 rankings, sleeper picks, and hot hints.
- Q2-Q3 2022: Some fun stuff at VeeCon. Plus artist collabs and NFT integrations.
